Cancellation and Refund Policy

You are permitted one rescheduled session, and your payment will be applied to that session.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refunds or credits will be issued.

No exceptions will be made for late cancellations or no-shows.
2. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no shows, or services already provided.

For prepaid packages (such as multi-session plans), if you decide not to continue before all sessions are used, a partial refund may be considered. Any refund will be calculated as follows:

The full rate of any completed sessions (not the discounted package rate) will be deducted from the total amount paid, along with a 10% administrative fee.
